Job Opportunities through IBPS Exam – Eligibility Criteria – Educational Qualification

IBPS PO/ MT:- IBPS CWE PO/ MT Exam is designed for Junior Management Level Direct Entry for graduates. Bank PO is the much favorite career option for young graduates. IBPS conducts the common written exam every year in major cities of the country and recruits around 1000 plus probationary officers depending on the requirement.

  • Educational Qualification – The educational qualification required for IBPS CRP PO is a Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification.
  • Age Limit – Candidate holding between 20-30 years age can apply for the exam. Age relaxation is given to the candidates as per the government rules.

IBPS Clerical:- IBPS CRP Clerical is held annually to recruit personnel for Clerical Cadre Posts in Public Sector Banks and Other Financial Institutions generally as Clerk, Agricultural Clerks, Typist (English), Typist (English and Hindi), Clerk-cum-Cashier, Telephone Operators, Steno (English), Steno (Hindi), Steno (English and Hindi).   • Eligibility Criteria – The eligibility of the IBPS-Clerk is a Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification. Candidates must have Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Computer Operations/ Language/ should have studied Computer/ Information Technology as one of the subjects in High School/ College/ Institute. Apart from this, proficiency in the official language of State/ UT for which candidates wish to apply is must.
  • Age Limit:- Candidate holding age between 20 to 28 years can apply for the exam. Age relaxation is given to the candidates as per the government rules.

IBPS RRB:- IBPS CRP RRB is conducted for the recruitment of Group A Officers i.e. Scale-I, II and III and Group B i.e. Office Assistant (Multipurpose) Posts. In Officer Scale-I, the vacant posts of Assistant Managers are filled through the exam. In Officer Scale-II, General Banking Officer and Specialist Officers such as Chartered Accountant, I.T. Officer, Law Officer, Marketing Officer, Agriculture Officer and Treasury Manager are recruited. In Officer Scale-III, the post of Senior Manager is filled. In clerical cadre, Office Assistant positions are also being recruited. Clerical Cadre posts are filled in the Office Assistant (Multipurpose).

  • Eligibility Criteria – For the post of Office Assistant and Officer Scale-I, a Graduation Degree in any discipline is required from the recognized university with the proficiency in the local language.

=>For Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer and Officer Scale III, a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is required from the recognized university along with minimum 2 or 5 Years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.

=>For Officer Scale-II Specialist Officers, candidates must have graduation or post graduation degree in relevant discipline depending upon the post for which they wish to apply for.

  • Age Limit:- For Office Assistant, the age limit is 18 to 28 years.
    For Officer Scale-I, the age limit is 18 to 30 years.
    For Officer Scale-II, the age limit is 21 to 32 years
    For Officer Scale-III, the age limit is 21 to 40 years. Age relaxation is given to the candidates as per the government rules.

IBPS Specialist Officer:- IBPS CWE Specialist Officer consists of multiple positions i.e IT Officers (Scale I), Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I), Agricultural Field Officers (Scale I), HR / Personnel Officers (Scale I), Law Officers (Scale I) and Marketing Officers (Scale I).

  • Educational Qualification:- Candidate must have completed 4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree in relevant discipline/ 4-year graduation degree/ Degree in law/ Post Graduation in Hindi/ Full-time MBA or other higher qualification in relevant discipline.
  • Age Limit:- Willing candidate must fall in the age bracket of 20 to 30 years. Age relaxation is given to the candidates as per the government rules.

Application Process for IBPS Exams – Apply Online

Candidates can register for all the IBPS Exams through online mode only. They will be required to upload a scanned photograph, signature, Thumb Impression and handwritten declaration as per the format given in the respective advertisement. Application Fees also need to be paid online. Once the application process is done, candidates will be provided a registration number and password on their given email ids and mobile numbers. IBPS Exam Pattern – Selection Procedure – Latest Updates

The IBPS Exam Pattern consists of two exams i.e. Preliminary Examination and Main Examination. IBPS Preliminary Exam is objective in nature and IBPS Main Exam is objective and descriptive in nature. The Interview is also conducted for all the Officer Level posts except Clerical Jobs. The merit list of the selected candidates is prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Main Examination and Interview.
